Jeans Creek celebrates McKinney’s unique nature and love for community with a socially minded approach: The civic plaza design is integral to the vision and success of this new development.
Our goal is to create a “Unique by Nature” design that will add to the quality of life for the visitors and citizens of McKinney.
The development incorporates four restaurants that fits the need in McKinney for dining destinations. In order to avoid the typical layout for sites which face major highways leaving no room for a social environment, this design re-aligns the restaurants to internalize the visitor's experience and connect a newly established civic space with the creek beyond.
The civic space created by the strategic positioning of the four restaurants creates an engaging environment that will become the backdrop for social activity and celebration.
